Pilates Reformer

Reformer Pilates

The reformer is a versatile machine with a sliding carriage, springs for resistance and adjustable straps. It can be used for a wide variety of exercises that target strength, flexibility and alignment. The springs provide resistance that can be adjusted to make exercises easier or more challenging. It allows for both lying, sitting and standing making it suitable for a wide range of movements.

Pilates Tower

Often used alongside the Reformer, the tower is a vertical apparatus with a set of springs, bars and straps. It attaches to the top of a mat or reformer and offers resistance to exercises, often focusing on core strength, flexibility and posture. It's a great tool for working on controlled movements and can be used for both seated and standing exercises

Wunda Chair, a great addition to a private studio session

Wunda Chair

The Wunda Chair is a small, compact piece of equipment often used for more advanced Pilates work-outs. It features a padded seat, pedals with adjustable springs and is great for improving balance, strength, and co-ordination.  Exercises are typically performed whilst sitting or standing on the chair, using the resistance of the pedals for challenging full-body movements.

Ladder Barrel

The Ladder Barrel consists of a curved , barrel-like structure with a ladder attached to the side. It is used for stretching, spinal mobility, and strengthening exercises. The curve of the barrel helps to support the body during stretches and can aid in improving flexibility, posture and alighnment. It's also great for deepening the stretches and providing support for movements that target the back and torso.
